For help during the controlled alpha -- trouble signing in, a Credential request that did not arrive, or anything else -- email support@getvalidacy.com.

This inbox is being set up for the alpha roster. If you do not hear back promptly, reach your Validacy point of contact directly.

Common issues

• Didn't get a sign-in link? Check spam/junk, confirm the address you entered, and try again after a few minutes.
• Google or Microsoft sign-in not working? Use the Email sign-in link instead and let us know which provider failed.
• Didn't receive a Credential request text or email? Ask the requesting Organization to resend it, or copy the link if they have one on file.
